“Holes”

This spot was inspired by the old adage: there’s money in your house. Our well-intentioned, albeit misguided, lead decides to go searching for the money he believes is hidden in the walls. His wife, realizing his mistake before he does, heads to Rocket Mortgage® where she’s able to secure a cash-out refinance – thus accessing the money “in the house” through their home’s equity. This story was a fun and humorous way to show audiences how a refi can work for them. “Holes” was featured on the Ad Age/iSpot Hot Spot’s list with an attention score of 93.77.
