My time at Rocket Companies gave me the opportunity to lead production across a wide range of integrated campaigns spanning broadcast, digital, social, sponsorship, and internal communications. Working within a fast-moving in-house creative environment meant balancing high creative ambition with the operational realities of producing at scale across multiple brands and business priorities.
As Executive Producer and Senior Producer, I partnered closely with creative, marketing, legal, business affairs, and external production teams to oversee campaigns ranging from performance marketing initiatives to large-scale brand storytelling and live sports partnerships. The work spanned everything from Super Bowl campaigns and celebrity talent productions to PGA, NFL, NCAA, and community-focused initiatives.
In addition to leading large-scale integrated campaigns, I also helped oversee multicultural production initiatives, producing work designed specifically for Spanish-language and Black audiences. These projects required thoughtful collaboration, intentional creative partnerships, and production approaches tailored to authentically connect with different communities and audiences.
One of the most rewarding aspects of the role was building production approaches that could support both high-volume content needs and cinematic brand storytelling simultaneously. Across projects, my focus remained the same: protecting the creative, building strong partnerships, and finding smart, scalable ways to bring ambitious ideas to life.
During my time at Rocket, I managed productions ranging from lean digital shoots to multimillion-dollar campaigns, overseeing timelines, budgets, staffing, vendor partnerships, licensing, talent negotiations, and integrated delivery across platforms. The experience strengthened my ability to navigate complexity, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver creative work within highly dynamic production environments.
